The data are collected by Adstrategy Global, Lda., a private limited company registered at the Commercial Registry of
Lisbon under NIPC 513241558, headquartered at R. Cidade de Bolama 38J esc. A,B,C,D, 1800-079 Lisbon, hereinafter
“Adstrategy”, acting as subcontractor for the purposes of applying the General Data Protection Regulation, on behalf
of the following entities:
- Sinalazul, with registered office at Av. da Marina,
Edifício Vila Lusa, loja 5 e 6, lote 2, 8125-401 Vilamoura;
- Lisboa Oriental, with registered office at Rua do Povo do
Burro, n.º 3, 8400-502 Carvoeiro.
Sinalazul and Lisboa Oriental see data privacy as a fundamental component of their

Sinalazul and Lisboa Oriental process and store personal data within the European Union (EU) and
will at any time demonstrate compliance with EU law as well as the explicit principles set out in this

Use of personal

Sinalazul and Lisboa Oriental have entered into a contract with Adstrategy under which Adstrategy
undertakes not to transfer data to third countries.
In certain situations, Sinalazul, Lisboa Oriental, and
Adstrategy may be required to disclose personal information in response to requests by supervisory authorities in
order to fulfill GDPR requirements.
Processing security
We will process personal data
securely, applying and maintaining technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental
or unlawful destruction, alteration, sharing or unauthorized access, where processing involves the transmission of
data over the network, and against any other unlawful form of processing.
Access and rectification or
deletion of personal data
As data owners, users have the right to request access to data concerning
them, to request its rectification and deletion. You can also limit the processing given to the data, oppose it, and
still require data portability.
You can also ask for clarification from the Data Protection Officer or file a
complaint with CNPD whenever you believe that your rights are being violated.
